PAYMENT: PayPal is accepted for online orders. Telephone orders must be paid by check before shipment. A $35 service charge will apply to any returned check. No COD orders are accepted.

SHIPPING: Shipping and insurance up to the wholesale price of the item are free. Guaranteed delivery within six (6) weeks of receipt of order or payment by check, via UPS 3 Day Ground or USPS 2-3 Day Priority. Ground service will be used unless specified otherwise. Any other shipping requests will be charged the amount of shipping.

PRICING: Prices listed online are retail prices, and are subject to change without notice. Wholesale prices are 1/2 the retail price listed. After creating your account, your total price will automatically reflect the wholesale price.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS: I Create Wonders, Inc. guarantees your satisfaction. All returns or exchanges must be made within 10 days upon receipt of order, accompanied by a copy of the invoice. Shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
